A large structure located on the eastern coast of Hethea, Jemira is a many-tiered city built on a great hill. At the very highest level of the city, the Talon Islands are just visible on the sea-blue horizon. It is said that this city's patron god is Roharim, God of Smithing, and the city's great stone levels are a testament to the fortitude of its builders.

This broad cove, located south of the city of Jemira, is a popular meeting place for land and sea creatures. This is often where sea creatures will bring news of the other continents to be shared with residents of the nearby capital city. The cove is almost always filled with the thrum of voices or the singing of birds, and so it is said to be especially Blessed by the Demigoddess of Song, Sahraia, and there is a modest temple here dedicated to her.
