Kriose, known as the City of Platforms, was once a marsh that many animals believed would never be truly settled. However, due to the efforts of one inspired building, the Docks, a collection of wooden platforms linked together over miles of swampland, were built. Over several years, more structures were added to the docks, until it became the hub of Nimeole's commerce.

Wendrith Cove

This southern cove is not often visited by the inhabitants of Nimeole due to the fact many nasty seafarers like to make their home here. Some say you can hear the ill-tuned pirate ditties coming off the far-reaching Nimeren islands in the south, and the many caves on the shores of the mainland are said to contain a great deal of hidden pirate treasures. On one of the islands of the cove is also located the modest Temple of Varaanis, where many a pirate has prayed for luck from the God of Chaos and Fortune.
