Every continent in Paradiastole is home to diverse species of animals and cultures. Below, you will find descriptions of the different continents' regions and a bit of information about their cultures, traditions, and climates.
Note: "Native species" are based on what Unmarked animals would naturally live in that climate/environment. The Blessed have the means to travel and survive in other climates, therefore, they are able to live in regions that their Unmarked counterparts wouldn't.

Government(s): Tribal/clan Cultural Inspiration: Native American Common Structures: - Longhouses
- Tepees
- Wood Lodges
- Cave Dwellings
- Igloos (far north)
Notable Locations: The Keiziri Ice Caps | Pronunciation: Kay-zeer-ree Though many creatures live here independently, the Ice Caps are home to one of Verys' two larger groups, the Northern Tribe. These lands are always covered in ice and snow year-round. Most animals live in caves, lodges, or igloos. Irys Lake | Pronunciation: Ee-riss The largest lake on the continent, Irys Lake is said to be home to many dangerous, dark creatures, servants of the Old Gods. In truth, it is home to merpeople. Yenhi River | Pronunciation: Yen-hee This river stretches from the east side of Verys to its heart. The Lone River, some call it, as most other waterways on the continent are quite small and insignificant, leaving Yenhi as the only true river on the continent. Neldaaris Forest | Pronunciation: Nell-daw-riss This is the largest forest in Verys, followed by Keiziri Forest in the northeast. Irys Lake separates the northern and southern parts of Neldaaris, which is why some feel the need to designate these two tree clusters as "North Neldaaris" and "South Neldaaris." Tessek Peaks | Pronunciation: Teh-sec Mersaira Peninsula | Pronunciation: Myrrh-s-eye-raw Names: Though many of the independent creatures of Verys have their own traditions, the tribes give longer names, such as Clouds Rising over Mountains or Echoes in the Deep Valley. Clothing: Common clothing for this region would be thicker cloaks, animal skin cowls and vests, and other habits that help keep one warm. Significant Groups: The Northern Tribe The Watchers: Members of the Northern Tribe who keep the peace. The Southern Tribe Customs: Native Species: - Elk, moose, deer
- Wolves, foxes
- Penguins, seals, walruses
- Puffin birds
