Identifying Features || Sol reflects the colors of the moon. Her scales are fine and a bit large for her size. A pure white reflective of the full moon, they glow with the vitality of youth. Her claws and wings are over sized causing a wobbling in her step. And her tail tapers off to a fine point. A small set of slightly curved horns in a S shape adorn her head, underdeveloped, they will make a fine set once she is fully grown. A smaller cluster of horns, barely nubs, stand in line behind the larger pair. Reminiscent of the tines on a crown, the horns bear a metallic hue to them. Matching the color of her claws, the horns glow a silver-blue. Her eyes are a light blood moon red, only growing darker with age. They stand out among her silver scales. The most striking feature of this little creature are her wings. The skin shines the color of the blue moon. Shimmering with a hidden galaxy beneath the stars, their size is a little too large for the current dimensions of their wielder.
Clothing || Sol doesn't have any clothing save for a necklace given to her by her parents. It is an ornate, gold necklace with a moon as its center surrounded by floral design. It is so she never forgets who she is, "A child of the Averyn".
Weapons || Being a child, she doesn't have a weapon. She does have her natural weapons being her claws, fangs, and fire.
the personality
Overall || Soloris is young and impressionable currently. Having lived but a few years, her personality, ideals, and morals have yet to be defined rather she, like most children, is exceeding curious. Often seeking out whatever strikes her fancy, the little dragon is prone to wandering off without a peep. To her, the world is vast and large. A land unexplored and unknown with oh so many secrets for her to find out. Intelligent and wary of those blessed by the new gods, she searches for the answers to all the things that pull her curiosity.
the history
Family || Father - Garon Thespen - Missing | Mother - Ophelia Thespen - Missing | Brother - Lunars Thespen - Missing
Important People || N/A
Hometown || Parthaan - Kahrin Jungle
History || Born to a clutch of four, Sol's first memory was that of the bright, full moon proudly shining through the leaves and the proud gazes of her parents. Her brother, Lunars, had been born twelve hours early under the midday sun, while the last two eggs never hatched. Though they still mourned the oens that didn't hatch, Garon and Ophelia were proud of their two surviving children. Sol was graced intelligence, a natural curiosity, and a quite wit while her brother was the opposite, being a natural combatant with great strength and pride. Their parents promptly named them Soloris and Lunars.
Looking at them though, one would think their parents had mistaken one for the other when they were naming them. Lunars was a radiant golden glow mirroring the sun while Soloris's silver sheen was clearly that of the moon's. Considering their situations at birth as well, one would wonder why. When questioned, their parents would only respond with they had felt it was correct. Seeing as they would give no other answer, many left it at that.
Living longer lives, the children grew up slowly but developed quickly. Both being natural prodigies, it didn't take long before they had mastered the nuances of flight and were off on their own little journeys. While Sol only was able to grasp the basic concepts of battle, her brother, Luna, took to battle excellently. On the other hand, regarding studies and learning, Sol was the clear leader. Likely, if they had been given more time, they would have grown into fine dragons. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
The dragon family lived deep in the jungle, avoiding the Marked. As servants of the old, destroyed gods, they weren't all that welcome. Hidden away, they lived their lives seeking only peace with those around them. The few that knew of them were kind and helped them when they could. Their parents were content living that way but they knew they couldn't let their children live this way. Making a decision, Garon and Ophelia gathered Sol and Luna and left Kahrin Jungle heading towards the outer world. Their intent was to let them make contact with the outside world in a safe way. They first let them see lesser populated areas; teaching them to swim in the ocean, how to climb rock walls, most importantly, how to use their fire. While they were out, Garon and Ophelia came across two necklaces, one with the sun and another with the sun. The pair was soon bought and given to Sol and Luna. The moon to Sol and the sun to Luna. It was to act as a reminder to them, a connection to the family. Even if they were to get separated, they were always to remember their other half. Things went well for a while.
One day, while on their way to a new location, a storm swept in. Usually, their parents would carry them so that they wouldn't get blown away but this time they had let them fly on their own. They weren't going far and they were right there in case something happened. Once it had been sighted, Sol's parents had moved to collect them but the storm was faster and larger than they had anticipated. A large gust of wind buffered Garon and picked up Sol blowing her away. Her brother had been blown away as well, knocked out of his mother's grasp by another gust. Though their parents gave chase with all their might, the storm soon swallowed the family whole, knocking Sol unconscious.
Upon awaking, Sol found herself on the shores of the islands on the edge of the territory of the Kingdom of Evrylline. Luck would have it, she had not been found by anyone yet. Her parents had warned them about Marked, some hated them, others were indifferent. She had to be careful and so avoided the Marked. She moved only at dark and was very careful dealing with any Marked. After regaining her strength, Sol made for Atheraan. It was the most likely place to find her family as they had been heading towards it as their next landing. Over the next six months, Sol had many encounters with the Marked, some bad, some good, the bad ones though were bad enough that she chose to mostly avoid them. It took around two months before she made it to Atheraan and now she wanders the land mass on search for her family.
