Identifying Features || Kaidia has a scar on her underside from claws and a deep scar on along the left side of her cheek that runs down to her neck. Her black feather birth Mark is found on her right front wrist. The purple and golden eye Mark is on the left side of her neck on one side of her scar. On the other side of her scar is the red rose Mark.

Clothing || Currently, Kaidia wears whatever they can afford. So her clothing is often ragged but she keeps what little she does own clean.

Weapons || Kailyssi has no need for weapons when she has her pets.


the personality
Overall ||

Kaidia is a loving and kind hearted individual who has a natural fire for fixing the world. She is soft spoken and small yet commands to be heard by all who come into contact with her. The leopardess is not afraid of stepping out in order to right wrongs that are done to others, no matter how small. She may be of royal blood but once Kaidia has crossed someone's path, she will not be forgotten.

The leopardess has a particular love for the more dangerous Unmarked and as a result, her pets will protect her unto their dying breath. She has a stubbornness about her that leaves no room for argument though she will listen to reason as long as it involves the best course of action for helping others.

History ||

Kalii and Neo were born with the extreme rarity of being blessed with life by the very God who takes like away. Mrithun whispered of how the circle of life will be completed by two siblings in the family. One who gave life while the other provided death. Their mother, Loralii, saw this as an omen and was instantly suspicious. Odon however saw the gift as favor from the God that he served as a secret assassin. Their older sister, Milliara, was instantly jealous of all the attention the two cubs received from their mother and this prophecy even though Kalii in particular looked up to Milliara.

Their first few years growing up were spent learning lots of things about healing from Loralii. Neo took to the teachings like he was born to but Kalii found it difficult to pay attention. She knew that healing was important but she was far more interested in being with Milliara. Though she took to heart the lessons that their mother taught the twins about doing the right thing no matter what others told you, about helping others.

Everything in her world shattered though when she was around five years old. One day, Neo plowed into her and started rambling about how father and Miliara were assassins and how they had to tell mother. Kalii calmed Neo down and listened even though she did not want to believe it. They went to their mother together and to Kalii’s suprise; Loralii said that she had suspected and that she needed to get some plans in place. Not knowing how long the plans would take to form or even what they were, Kalii continued on with life.

A week later, Kalii had been playing with the local orphans as she was known to do when she noticed the black form of Milliara. Intrigued as to what her older sister was doing, Kalii started following her, worried that what Neo had said was true. It soon became apparent that they were simply going back home. Kalii sighed in relief and started heading back to the orphanage when she heard raised voices and screaming. Kalii ran back home just in time to see her older sister kill Neo with her bare claws with father standing over the body of their mother. Kalii wasted no time and ran for her life. She continued to run until she couldn't any longer.

The next morning, Kalii woke in a panic until she realized that she was safe. She decided to use her wits to get to the most populated areas to try and hide. Being an underage leopard of high social status, this plan only worked for so long. By midday, she was discovered by someone who knew her father. Once again, Kalii ran. Right when she got to the edges of the Kingdom, Kalii suddenly realized that what Neo had said had been true. That their father and Milliara were assassins. And because their father was obsessed with Death's message, he probably had people looking for her. At the same time that she came to that realization, Kalii saw a glimpse of someone she recognized. It was Jorah and someone else she knew by face but never came around enough for her to know them by name as well as a third. The three already had her surrounded.

Jorah spoke and asked Kalii to come back home. Kalii said that she would never return there. Jorah countered by telling her that her father and sister missed her and that they were worried because a terrible accident had happened to Neo and Loralii. Kalii called him a liar and told the three assassins what had really happened. The three ended up showing various degrees of shock, anger, and weirdly nothing. Jorah showed the deepest degree of shock and anger. He stepped closer to her and Kalii bolted. Before she knew it, claws had tripped her and started raking at her underside, blood spilling. Suddenly, the claws vanished and as Kalii gained her bearings, she saw Jorah fighting the assassin who had been clawing her. Kalii was just about the run again when she heard the whisper of a blade cutting the air and the exploding pain as the blade cut her cheek and dragged. The leopardess passed out.

Her eyes flickered open long enough for her to see an extremely strange creature looking at her. She was saying something but Kalii couldn't understand. Kalii slipped back into unconsciousness. The next time she opened her eyes, she saw figures who were glowing and they touched the strange creature. Hadn't mother said that these were the gods? Hasn't she said that this was how gifts were given? Why were they here? Kalii tried to speak but Death stopped her. He told her to be patient, that everything would be explained soon. Was she dying? No. Then Mrithun gently kissed her cheek and let her go.

This time was different. Kalii took her time to get her bearings. The strange creature told her to go slow and that everything would be explained. She was given water and the creature said she was an aye-aye named Carien. Jorah had been hurt in the battle as well, badly enough that the other two assassins thought then both dead. But Jorah was a warrior as well as an assassin and he had carried Kalii until Carien had found them by sheer luck (Or the gods). Then the gods stepped in when all of Carien’s skills did not seem to be working. Kalii had been asleep for days. The three stayed together long enough for Kalii to get back on her feet steadily and then Jorah stated that for everyone's protection they had to leave Carien.

So their journey began. A few months after the incident, Kalii ran into a nest of black mambas who were just hatching. Two of them took an immediate liking to Kalii and have never left her side. While she was naming them, Kalii suggested that she started going by a different name and that Jorah should as well. Mixing up the names of her birth name and her new name of Kaidia Nyrrassi, Jorah started calling her Kailyssi.

A few years ago, Kaidia rescued a young golden eagle and gently nursed her back to health. Ritesh and Zevan seemed to take a rare friendliness and trust for the eagle so the eagle stayed and became part of the family as Najaah. The two have made friends along the way as well as enemies though they have always been on the run. Kaidia is old enough now that she is getting restless with watching injustice happen all around her. She has just decided that the time for running has past and it is time to break the wheel.
